Nicole Kidman is keeping it classic for Paris Fashion Week.

The actress, 58, attended Chanel’s Haute Couture Spring/Summer 2026 show on Tuesday, Jan. 27, at the Grand Palais, as part of Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week. In contrast to the bubblegum-pink interior of the show, Kidman opted for an all-black ensemble from the French fashion house to sit front row.

Kidman put a bold spin on the tried-and-true little black dress with a fitted, knee-length cut that featured black-and-white feather accents around the collar and hips and a skirt of black sequins. The dress came from the Chanel Métiers d’Art 2026 collection, Women’s Wear Daily reported.

The classic color scheme flowed throughout the rest of Kidman’s ensemble. Her tapered square-toed heels — a popular design from Chanel’s new creative director Matthieu Blazy’s debut collection, per WWD — were all black save for a white stripe down the front. Kidman paired the look with a black crocodile handbag and chunky cat-eye shades.

Also in attendance at the Chanel show were a handful of famous faces, like A$AP Rocky, Dua Lipa, Tilda Swinton, Fernanda Torres and Margaret Qualley. During the show itself, Kidman was seated front row next to Anna Wintour.

Kidman was named a brand ambassador for Chanel on Oct. 6, 2025. At the time, Kidman said the house has “always been ahead of the curve” and expressed gratitude for the opportunity.

“As someone who has such an appreciation for haute couture, I am so looking forward to witnessing Matthieu’s vision for the oldest haute couture house still in operation and having the opportunity to wear what I know will be gorgeous creations,” she said in a statement to WWD.

Kidman wasn’t the only member of her family making a splash at Paris Fashion Week: Her daughter Sunday Rose Kidman Urban, whom she shares with ex-husband Keith Urban, walked in her first couture show for Dior on Monday, Jan. 26.

The 17-year-old model arrived at Dior’s Haute Couture Spring Summer 2026 show in a cropped black leather jacket, gray low-rise cargo pants and black boots. Sunday Rose wore her hair — a noticeably darker and redder hue — down but slicked back, and the look was rounded out with a tan saddle bag by Dior and rectangle sunglasses.

Sunday Rose also shared a glimpse of her runway look in a post on Instagram. The model wore a long black trench coat with a crocodile skin texture and ended just above her ankles. The coat also featured a large, lilac-colored orchid on the left lapel.

The model’s heels mirrored the floral detail of her coat. Sunday Rose’s square, open-toed and otherwise black stilettos featured a pink and white ruffle texture that gave the appearance of a patch of flowers from a distance.
