Steve Wynn buys stepson Nick Hissom $32 million mansion after family fall-out over raunchy music video

The house always comes out on top.

Last year, Page Six reported that casino billionaire Steve Wynn was so upset about stepson Nick Hissom’s pop video — which featured a team of muscular porn stars in various raunchy scenes — that he kicked him out of the family’s L.A. mansion.

But perhaps they’re reaching a understanding — because a source tells Page Six that Wynn this week bought Hissom a $32 million Palm Beach mansion.

The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom waterside estate on ultra-exclusive Everglades Island in West Palm Beach belonged to advertising executive Richard Schaps and his wife Linda.

It has a dock, should Hissom’s pals want to pull up their yacht.

Hissom and reps for Wynn didn’t get back to us about the new house.

Wynn and his wife, Andrea Hissom, also snapped up a $12.9 million West Palm Beach mansion in 2024.

A source told Page Six at the time that Wynn “plans for his stepsons Alex and Nick Hissom to redevelop the property with its own dock and views of Mar-a-Lago into a one-of-a-kind Palm Beach manse.”

In May, Hissom released a music video for his song “So Cool Babe,” which has since been removed from YouTube.

The steamy video had featured racy pool make-outs, a threesome shower scene, and appearances from OnlyFans star Reno Gold, porn star Hazel Hoffman, influencer Austin Casey, and model Jakob Jokerst.

Sources told Page Six Wynn and Andrea were “furious,” while one claimed that staff at their L.A. home packed all of Hissom’s things into his car, then moved the car onto the street.

Hissom at the time told us this was “untrue,” but then began posting social media pictures from a hotel room.

He said that he was at the hotel rather than the $75 million family manse because he was “hunkering down with work and need space for my team.”

“I dropped the raciest video of the summer,” Hissom told us at the time. “Did it cause tension? Sure. But name me a family dinner table that hasn’t seen tension sometimes. Bottom line: I love my family and they love me.”
