The man's go-to numbers were drawn on Feb. 4, the Ohio Lottery said.
Lottery officials said the man has consistently used the same six numbers for more than two decades, despite only occasionally winning small prizes, because he is "stubborn."
The man said he would spend $10 a month on tickets. Even when he was out of town, he explained to the Ohio Lottery that his best friend would purchase tickets in his place.
