Who leaked the 'Summer House' reunion audio? Decider breaks down the prime suspects in Bravo's investigation

Bravo is going the distance after audio from the Summer House Season 10 reunion was leaked on social media this morning.

The two-minute audio clip, which was secretly recorded during Thursday’s (April 23) reunion taping, features a small fraction of Ciara Miller‘s highly anticipated showdown with lovebirds Amanda Batula and West Wilson, who confirmed their relationship in a joint statement earlier this month. Andy Cohen expressed his frustration with the leak in a Threads post this morning, writing, “People laid their souls out emotionally for ten hours yesterday and it’s disgusting and illegal for someone to leak or distribute this. It’s disrespectful to the work and tears the cast put in yesterday. Let the season play out. You will see it all in due time.”

Bravo has since come out with its own statement regarding the audio, revealing that the network has launched an investigation into who leaked the clip on the internet. “The Summer House reunion audio leak represents a serious breach of trust and clear lack of respect for the cast, crew, and the integrity of the production process,” the statement reads. “We take this matter very seriously and have launched a full investigation and we will take appropriate action based on our findings.”

So, WHO did it?! The possibilities are endless, but we have some theories. Keep reading.

The short answer? We don’t know yet! But that doesn’t mean we don’t already have some suspects in mind. It should be noted that the audio for those sitting on Cohen’s left (a.k.a. the side that Batula and Wilson were seated on) was much clearer than that of Miller’s side of the room. Therefore, the leak likely came from someone sitting near the two of them. Here are some possible culprits:

Amanda Batula: Batula’s audio was loud and clear the entire time, and if she secretly had her phone recording next to her, it would track. Her possible motive? Clearing up the timeline, reiterating that she was single when her and Wilson’s relationship began, and garnering sympathy for what was clearly an invasion of privacy when she found out that someone recorded an “intimate” act between her and Wilson through his apartment window. But, in my opinion, the majority of her argument only made her look worse, so I’m not so sure that this theory would hold up in court.

West Wilson: Wilson was sitting right next to Batula, so his audio (the one time he made a very brief comment) was just as clear. We imagine he would likely have the same motives as Batula to leak the recording. Since the reunion won’t air for another month, it’s possible that he thought this video would help clear up some of those timelines, and fast-track them to their desired “normalcy” without the noise. On the other hand, Wilson—who, dare I say, did not exactly give the aura of a smitten man at that Yankees game last week—might have been looking for his way out of the relationship. We know he’s messy (despite his love for showering), and we know he’s afraid of commitment. By deviously revealing just how far Batula was willing to go to defend their new relationship over her years-long friendship with Miller, perhaps Wilson knew that, if he made her look bad, she would, in turn, cut him loose. Not to mention, he would also be fired from Bravo, which would give him a perfect excuse to never run into her (or anyone on that stage) ever again.

Jesse Solomon: Messy Jesse is a jokester, and sometimes doesn’t understand the consequences of his own actions (ie, toe-sucking-gate in Season 9). We’re not exactly sure what Solomon’s motive would be in leaking the audio, other than to stir up conversation. If it was his fault, it would probably be because he accidentally Airdropped it to the wrong person, or made an ill-timed butt-dial smack in the middle of the reunion.

KJ Dillard: Now, here’s where it gets interesting. Dillard, who joined the show as Wilson’s friend, has been extremely vocal about his support of Miller ever since Wilson and Batula confirmed their romance. He’s been in the comments section, calling the couple “sickos” for kissing at the Yankees game, and revealing that he was “very hurt” by everything going on with his friend group. Given that Dillard is staunchly Team Ciara, it would make perfect sense if he wanted to continue the smear campaign against Batula and Wilson by leaking the audio. It’s also Dillard’s first-ever reunion, so he might not yet understand how strict Bravo is about keeping things under wraps.

Dara Levitan: This one is a bit far-fetched, but if Levitan feels anywhere near as strongly as her boyfriend (Dillard) does about this whole situation, then she absolutely could’ve aided in the release of this audio. Like Dillard, it was Levitan’s first reunion — and, not to mention, she came into this show with an established career as a beauty influencer. If she were to engage in a fireable offense, it’s not like she’s losing the only job she has. That said, Levitan also dated Wilson in the past, and because they ended on good terms, it’s hard to say whether she would involve herself in more of his drama.

Someone In Production: If we were placing bets, this is the most probable answer. Someone on the production team very well could have recorded what was going on from a viewing room somewhere off-stage, then leaked it on the internet. We’re not sure what the motive would be, other than the drum up more conversation around an already talked-to-death topic.

In an interesting development, X user @westxallens outlined a fascinating theory that corroborates the “it was production” theory … but that tweet has since been deleted (!!). Lucky for you, we screenshotted the highly detailed theory before it was removed from the social platform:
