He said in the lengthy clip how he was working hard to stay motived and positive, as he believes ‘at some point, something positive will happen’.
Jermaine went on: ‘I need to speak openly about this because there must be other people feel like and i wanted to be a kind of guiding light’.

Jermaine was dropped by the channel in August 2024 amid allegations of workplace misconduct after sending explicit texts to two female employees.
While at the time Jermaine said he and Ellie, who married in 2011, hoped to work through their marital troubles, she revealed their marriage was over.
In a statement shared on social media, she wrote: ‘I never imagined I would have to share something so personal with the public, but given the situation, I feel it’s necessary.

‘After 16 years together and 4 wonderful children, Jermaine and I have decided to part ways. We will remain friends and continue to co-parent. We kindly ask that you respect our children’s privacy during this challenging time. Thank you, Ellie.’
They got engaged in 2009 and tied the knot two years later in 2011. They lived in a £7million house in Hertfordshire and together they have two daughters, Geneva and Olivia, plus baby son Jacob.
Jermaine also has an older daughter Sancha, 16, from a previous relationship who lives in the United States with her mother.
The ex-footballer is now trying to rebuild his career with a series of podcast appearances after losing his £190,000 salary with the BBC.
He revealed he had opened up his own production company, which has helped open new doors for his career, addressing the fact that he wasn’t allowed to do certain things while employed by the BBC in what has become his previous life.
It comes after Daily Mail revealed the identity of Jermain’s new girlfriend as a glamorous Parisian high-end estate agent with a love for high fashion and fast cars.
Anne Leplaideur, 31, works for estate agency Laforet Guy Moquet, which is based in the 17th arrondissement, right in the centre of Paris, on the banks of the Seine.

The boutique firm, which is part of the Laforet chain of more than 700 stores across France, sells houses and apartments to those looking to move to the upmarket neighbourhood.
It is one of the most affluent areas of the French capital, including famous landmarks like the Arc de Triomphe.
Residents of this desirable neighbourhood enjoy expansive parks, some of which were captured by 19th-century painter Claude Monet, along with quaint markets and elegant townhouses.
Anne’s social media presence features glamorous posed beach shots, with her reposts showing her taste for luxury, full of designer Christian Louboutin heels and Hermes bags.
She can also be seen in one video, having appeared to have crashed several luxury sports cars, including a Lamborghini, causing extensive damage.
The sexting-shamed former One Show presenter, 43, is said to be ‘happier than ever’ after starting to date Anne, 31.
A source confirmed: ‘Jermaine has been dating Anne since December. He has tried to keep a low profile with their relationship. His circle just know he’s dating a woman who works in Paris in property.
‘At the start, he would drop hints on social media — like posts of Anne’s Chanel handbag when they were on dates. But now he’s in Paris so much, it is clear it’s serious.
‘Jermaine is always posting pictures from Paris and says he’s happier than ever. Anne has been to visit him in London too, but because his work schedule is less regimented now, he can spend more time in France.
‘You only have to look at the size of his smile to see he’s smitten with Anne.’
The Daily Mail has contacted Jermaine’s representatives for comment.
