Khloe Kardashian has become more transparent about the cosmetic work she’s gotten over the years.

The reality star, 41, made no apologies as she listed the procedures she’s had done and the ones she can’t live without in a new interview with People.

The moment of truth actually happened a year ago when the glamour gal – who recently flaunted her amazingly sculpted triceps in a new ad campaign – responded to a stranger’s comments about what she may have done to look that way.

‘This gentleman was [on the Internet] dictating all these things that I did. And if I did, I would totally say that. I don’t have a problem with it,’ she told the outlet.

‘But I also want people to know, not that anyone thinks this is all natural, but it’s not. There is maintenance involved.

‘I’ve been in the public eye since I was 21. And so age has something to do with it, weight loss for sure. But yes, I’ve had enhancements,’ Kardashian said.

‘I’ve had my nose done. I love any sort of laser or injectable. And before I need to get my face surgically done, I’m going to do all the lasers and injectables or whatever that I can.’

In June 2025, she stated via Instagram everything she’s had done thus far including laser hair removal, collagen baby threads underneath her chin and neck, and ‘Botox and Sculptra where my face tumor was removed in my cheek, soft wave laser for skin tightening, filler in the past but not any over the last few years (I hear it never goes away, so I’m sure it’s still there but calmed down,’ she added with a prayer emoji.

The Good American founder told People she is ‘adventurous’ when it comes to trying new treatments, and so is her sister Kim, 45.

‘With Kim and I specifically, we’ll go down these rabbit holes. I’ll see like it can be a stretch mark laser commercial, and when I send it to her, I’m like, “Do you think this is real?” and we’re like, “We need that.”‘

The star also revealed she has regular massages to help ease her migraines – but she doesn’t enjoy them.

‘I’m always thinking, “I can be doing something else with my time,” but even if I want to just die when I’m lying there, I’m learning to be better about my self-care,’ she insisted.

The beauty mogul, who launched her third fragrance, XO Blue, on June 14, emphasized that she’s in a good place.

‘We’ve lived in an era where, at least me, I’m so used to comparing myself aesthetically to others, and that gets so exhausting. So, over the past few years, I’ve tried to remove myself mentally from that type of energy, to free myself,’ she said.

‘When I was in my 20s – and maybe I didn’t look a certain way, and maybe I didn’t have the body that other people thought I should have had – I was the happiest. And then being compared to so many other people all the time by the press, I started doing that myself,’ she continued.

The 41-year-old beauty mogul, who flaunted her toned figure and sculpted triceps this month on social media, explained the moment of truth about her cosmetic work came after a stranger mispoke about all the things she may have done to look that way

Kardashian revealed her self-esteem and confidence plummeted during the COVID pandemic, a time when she was going through some ‘real personal things that happened in my life.’

During that time, Kardashian ended her romantic relationship with former NBA player Tristan Thompson, with whom she shares daughter True, eight, and son Tatum, three.

‘I was sick of not feeling how I used to feel, but when all those things happened, I was just like, “You know what? None of this is mine to carry,”‘ she said, adding: ‘I was so uncomfortable with the person that I was becoming.’

Toward the end of her 30s, she invested time, energy and money in her personal and professional growth.

‘In my 40s, with the wisdom and the security I’ve gained, I’m like, “I’m fabulous if I have all this glam on or if I don’t,”‘ she reasoned.
