The star said that she’s already dropped down four dress sizes thanks to the help of a GLP-1.
‘Omg I’ve lost so much weight LOL. Fitting back in my old jeans,’ she wrote over a photo of herself with a shocked expression as she showed off her torso.
She also snapped a picture after panning the camera down to show off her loose jeans as she stretched the waistband of her pants.
She wrote: ‘And these are my old jeans…’
Wilkinson then answered fan questions about her weight-loss, which is when she revealed that she has done an ad for an undisclosed GLP-1 company.
She teased that the ad will be released this coming Tuesday.
Wilkinson then responded to a fan inquiring about how many pounds she’s lost since embarking on her body transformation.
She told the follower that she hasn’t ‘stepped on a scale’ and that she, instead, measures her weight loss by tracking ‘the fit of my clothes and old clothes.’

‘Was on my way to size 10. Now I’m less than a size 6,’ she shared.
Wilkinson previously revealed she had plans to start taking weight loss injections earlier this year.
The reveal came as a shock to fans as Wilkinson had expressed concerns about the drug just one year earlier.
In April 2025, Wilkinson said she tried one dose of a weight loss jab but decided to throw it out due to fears over possible side effects.
However, in March 2026, Wilkinson confessed that she had started taking a GLP-1 again and she even partnered with a delivery service after successfully losing weight.
About why she changed her mind, Wilkinson explained her thought process in an Us Weekly interview.
‘There’s nothing worse than being in a gym every single day, working out and not seeing any progress,’ she told the outlet.
‘I hit 40. I’m happy. I’m at peace, but I noticed that my jeans are a little tighter lately, so I don’t want to go out and shop anymore,’ she said at the time.
‘Mama is on a budget, so I have to fit back in my jeans. So I actually signed up for a shot company that will be delivering my shot next week,’ she added.

The star admitted she doesn’t have plans to ‘go all in’ with the injections but just wanted to ‘lose a few pounds safely.’
‘I just want to slightly, like, ease my way into it,’ she explained. ‘I just want to be balanced out. I don’t really want to be skinny, but I just want to be balanced and fit in my jeans again.’
And one year before then, she had taken to social media to fire back at body shaming trolls.
‘Yes, I’ve gained weight. Yes, im aging. Yes, I’m not the girl i was before (playboy girl),’ she wrote on Instagram at the time. ‘But for once in a long time I feel good and mentally healthy.’
She also said she is ‘finally’ at peace and slammed the hurtful comments about how her body has changed over time.
The mother of two, who shares 16-year-old son Hank IV and 12-year-old daughter Alijah with ex-husband Hank Baskett, added: ‘Kids are my everything. Feeling pretty balanced. Working out and cooking a lot more. Golf, work. No housekeeper or nanny.
‘For those of you hating on my new weight, 40 yr old face please know that I’m happy, healthy and at peace in life finally. Leave me alone and respect that I’m where I actually want to be finally all together.’
