Katherine Schwarzenegger Pratt is being showered with love on a special day!

On Sunday, May 11, the children’s book author, 35, celebrated her first Mother’s Day since welcoming her baby son Ford Fitzgerald in November. Her husband, Chris Pratt — with whom she shares Ford and daughters Lyla Maria, 4, Eloise Christina, 2 — marked the occasion by posting a sweet tribute to her on Instagram.

Katherine is also stepmom to Chris’ son Jack, 12, whom he shares with ex-wife Anna Faris.

“How do moms do it?” the Marvel star wrote. “Seriously. It’s like running a circus, a hospital, and a five-star kitchen all at once. Our kids hit the jackpot with you, and so did I. We love you. Happy Mother’s Day, Chief!”

The carousel featured several photos of Katherine, with and without their kids. The first showed her smiling at the camera while holding her bundle of joy in a baby sling. The next image showed the proud mom mid-laughter in a store as Chris held up a paper that said, “I’m too pretty to sit on.”

The post also included images of the couple posing in front of a mirror, with Katherine sporting a baby bump; the mom sitting on a couch with her three kids; and Katherine cradling her baby in a church.

Shriver commented on her daughter’s emotional post, writing, “Aw thank you thank you you are the best mama yourself such a joy to witness happy Mother’s Day to you my love.”

In March, Katherine posted an Instagram Reel of her baby son Ford as she nestled him in a wrap. She could be seen demonstrating how to put on the wrap, placing her baby boy in the green cloth and displaying how she often wears it.

“Get ready with me to wrap my newborn 🤍,” she wrote in her caption. “This little guy loves being close, and the @sollybaby wrap has been a lifesaver for wearing around the house — especially with two busy big sisters running around!”

In February, Chris appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! to discuss his new Netflix movie The Electric State and opened up about how his baby son had been settling in.

“He’s a really, really chill baby,” he said of Ford at the time. “He’s sleeping. I sleep through the whole night, but Mama’s breastfeeding so she’s up every couple of hours but he is really chilled.”

The star continued, “He’s not colicky or anything; he’s not super loud. He’s got this look on his face at all times that I just call resting bewilderment face.”

Reenacting the expression by widening his eyes and opening his mouth, Chris said, “He’s like this. Everything he sees, he’s like, ‘Yes, this is great!’ ”

“He’s great,” the Tomorrow War actor added. “He just gets so excited to communicate, he starts babbling.”
