Kylie Kelce never wants her husband Jason Kelce to stop flirting with her!
The 34-year-old mother of four tied the knot with the 38-year-old retired NFL star in 2018. And on Thursday, April 9, the podcast host was asked how she keeps the spark alive in her romance amid their busy lives on her Not Gonna Lie podcast.
“Jason and I need to do better at date nights,” Kylie admitted. “We need to.”
However, Kylie added that she has some tips for keeping her marriage spicy.
“I think the key is is that you should always be dating your spouse,” she said. “You're always dating, like, always. And I don't mean that as in just going on date nights. I mean, I actually give my husband s— if he walks past me in the kitchen, doesn't, like, grab my ass. I flirt with me. Imma flirt with you. You better flirt with me.”

Kylie explained that the flirting is a big part of her “dating” philosophy.
“All I'm saying is you should still be dating. And by dating, I mean the flirty, sweet affection, that type of thing that should still be happening,” she added. “That's how you keep the spark alive.”
In addition to the flirting, Kylie noted that solo time without the kids is really important for parents.

“Also go and eat food together because it's nice to go out and for twenty minutes talk about something other than your kids and then revert back to only talking about your kids,” she advised. “It's sweet and it's nice to do it without getting interrupted with ‘Mom, Mom, Mom, Dad, Dad, Dad, Dad.' That'll keep your spark alive.”
The Philadelphia native met Jason on Tinder, and has previously opened up about the “bad” pickup lines she used to woo her future husband.
“We matched. I sent him a pickup line,” Kylie said on the Sunday Sports Club podcast in 2025. “I said, ‘I've fallen, I need life alert. I've fallen for you, and I can't get up.' ”
After Jason initially rejected that pickup line, she tried again, saying, “If I told you I work for UPS, would you let me handle your package?”

Kylie's brother-in-law, Travis Kelce, also recently shared his first impression of Kylie, calling her a “sweetheart,” but adding that the impression has evolved over time.
“She is [a sweetheart] but I was like, you don't just win Jason's love,” Travis explained on a February episode of the brothers' New Heights podcast. “And you don't win him over in terms of, like, doing things, getting him to do the things that you want him to do, by being a respectable human being. You don't view those kind of things by just being a sweetheart. So I knew there was an underlying, like, toughness to her that I hadn't [seen].”
He said that after visiting "the Shore" and seeing Kylie in her “element,” he understood her relationship with his older brother even more.
“I was like, ‘Oh, she's got him wrapped up around her finger. This dude is lost in the … he doesn't know anything but Ky,” Travis said. “And from that point on, it's just been that. And I've loved having her as a sister-in-law, and it's been so cool to see her take off in her own right.”
Jason and Kylie share daughters Wyatt, 6, Elliotte, 5, Bennett, 2, and Finn, 1.
