Olivia Munn is not letting go of her Levi's jeans anytime soon.

On Monday, March 30, the actress, 45, spoke to PEOPLE about her most prized possessions at the Your Friends & Neighbors season 2 premiere in New York City.

Munn shared that "after my dogs and my children and the important documents," she would make sure to grab "all of my vintage Levi's" in a house fire.

"I don't know how much somebody could offer to buy them from me, they're like a second skin," says the star. "I go far and wide looking for vintage Levi's. It takes a long time. It's a lot of energy."

Munn adds that she has four pairs of Levi's of "all different types" that she loves.

While appearing on Good Morning America earlier that day for a sit-down interview with hosts Robin Roberts, George Stephanopoulos and Lara Spencer, Munn shared an update on her breast cancer journey.

The actress revealed in March 2024 that she had been diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer the year before, after tests revealed she had luminal B, a fast-moving, aggressive cancer, in both breasts — despite having had “no symptoms” and a “clear mammogram.”

During the show, Roberts asked Munn how she’s been doing.

“I’m doing great. I have to say because of people like you who are so open, it made it so much easier for someone like me to talk about it,” she replied, referring to Roberts, who was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007.

“And, you know, the impetus for wanting to talk about it was that I had something that I knew would help women — something that was free, like the lifetime risk assessment test,” she continued. “It’s a free online test. And after a clear mammogram and clear ultrasound, it still detected my breast cancer. I’m doing great right now. The medication is tough.”

Munn — who went on to undergo five surgeries, including a lymph node dissection, a double mastectomy and a hysterectomy — said she has some side effects from her medication, pointing out nodules that developed on her neck.

During a March 29 appearance on CBS News Sunday Morning, the actress said that once she was “faced with the possibility of death and not being here” amid her cancer journey, all she wanted to do was focus on the “little moments” with her husband, John Mulaney, and their two kids, Malcolm and Méi.

"It's not the Christmases and the birthdays and the New Years that we remember,” Munn told the outlet. “Life happens on a Tuesday. Like, it just happens. And you cannot expect it. And so every day, you should just be so present and grateful.”
