The Beckham family celebrated their youngest son, Cruz Beckham’s, birthday early.
For their son’s 21st birthday, David and Victoria Beckham threw a party over the weekend at The MAINE in Mayfair, London. Cruz’s girlfriend Jackie Apostel, Romeo Beckham and his girlfriend, Kim Turnbull, Harper Beckham and Emma Bunton came to celebrate.
On Monday, Feb. 16, Victoria posted family photos from Cruz’s birthday party on her Instagram. The carousel post included photos of Cruz kissing Apostel, 31, on the cheek, Cruz with his parents and a family portrait including Cruz and Romeo’s girlfriends.

Victoria’s post also included a Spice Girls reunion, featuring a photo of Bunton and her posing together at the party. Bunton, 50, also known as Baby Spice, can be seen in a lace black maxi dress, while Posh Spice sports a black maxi dress with a floral design and halter neck.
Cruz’s party, themed The Grand Beatles Ball, featured a performance from a Beatles tribute band. The birthday boy, who turns 21 on Friday, Feb. 20, also performed for guests alongside his new band, Cruz Beckham & The Breakers. Cruz sang and played the guitar alongside his bandmates, bassist Dan Ewins, guitarist Telmo Seixas and drummer Dario Scott.
On Feb. 16, Apostel also shared photos from the night of celebration via Instagram. Her carousel post highlights Cruz performing on stage, the Beatles Tribute band, The Breakers, and photos of the couple dancing the night away.
“the most special early birthday celebrations for our favorite person,” Apostel wrote in her caption. “i love every one of you so much and what an unbelievably beautiful night we had ❤️😭.”
David and Victoria’s oldest son, Brooklyn Beckham, and his wife, Nicola Peltz, were noticeably absent from the celebration. Cruz’s party comes amid the Beckhams’ headline-fueling family feud.
Most recently, Brooklyn, 26, took to Instagram to share a lengthy statement regarding his estranged relationship with his parents on Monday, Jan. 19. In his statement, Brooklyn accused his family of trying to ruin his marriage to Peltz, 31.
“The narrative that my wife controls me is completely backwards. I have been controlled by my parents for most of my life,” he wrote on Instagram Stories. “I grew up with overwhelming anxiety. For the first time in my life, since stepping away from my family, that anxiety has disappeared. I wake up every morning grateful for the life I chose and have found peace and relief. My wife and I do not want a life shaped by image, press, or manipulation. All we want peace, privacy and happiness for us and our future family.”
Brooklyn added, “My wife has been consistently disrespected by my family, no matter how hard we’ve tried to come together as one. My mum has repeatedly invited women from my past into our lives in ways that were clearly intended to make us both uncomfortable.”
He also claimed that his parents “have been trying endlessly to ruin” his relationship with Nicola since before their wedding and “it hasn’t stopped.”

“I have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private. Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed,” Brooklyn continued.
He continued, “I do not want to reconcile with my family. I’m not being controlled, I’m standing up for myself for the first time in my life."
Amid the family's ongoing rift, a source with knowledge of the situation told PEOPLE in January that “David and Victoria have repeatedly asked Brooklyn and Nicola to meet and talk in order to move forward … David loves his kids. They are his everything." (A source close to Brooklyn disputes that David and Victoria keep trying to reach out.)
