“Hi guys! Wanted to let you know that although this year was so fun -I’ll be stepping away from Southern Charm this year on great terms! I am in a place now in my life where I want to have time to focus on Boys and my Joys,” Leva shared on Instagram. “And need some time for a life reset on what is aligned for me! I don’t have a very salacious personal life to share but I do have a lot going on and frankly I’m working on some pretty cool stuff that I hope to share more of soon! I love my friends on charm wish them the best and I’ll show up when they need me -maybe you’ll see me at party or two through out their new season!”

She then hinted that her spinoff, Southern Hospitality, will be back for a fourth season, though this has not been confirmed by Bravo at the time of this post.

“Where you will see me is on Southern Hospitality in full force where I can focus my energy on the business and the show that has really found its footing this year thanks to the fans, the bravo bloggers and the GOAT network @nbc @bravotv ! So this isn’t TV goodbye! Just maybe a you’ll see me a little less! 🫶🏽❤️ love yall!” Leva added.

While she showed support in the comments, Venita opened up about Leva‘s exit in a recent interview.

“I don’t want to talk about it. I don’t want to talk about it. I am very excited for Leva, but I would be remiss to say that I’m also very sad for myself to not have her back,” she told Deadline. “I just feel like with the girls, we just have gotten it down to a science. I feel like we are… We’re a tight-knit. We’re putting in the work. We even got Leva to come out a lot this year and she typically didn’t do that, just because she loves to spend a lot of time with [with her son] Little, but she was making the effort to be [to go out]. I’m a little sad that [the audience] won’t get to see that moving forward, but I am very, very happy for her.”

Venita also revealed if she would return for season 11 if the show was picked up. At the time of this post, Southern Charm‘s future is unknown.

“I do want to come back for another season. I feel like [if I return], there will be no more holding of the tongue,” she shared. “I’ll keep it classy, as I always do, but I will definitely be sure to share my opinions more often than not moving forward.”

“[It’s] really nice to see and to receive on socials, when I do [share] these opinions, I’m not crazy. I’m not the only one thinking,” Venita continued. “I always used to think that, oh, maybe I’m the only one thinking this, which is why I kind of kept my opinions to myself, but to really see that there were so many more people that agreed with what I was saying than that went against it, it was kind of nice, and it will give me the courage to continue to do that moving forward.”

In season 10, we saw a burgeoning relationship between her and Jarrett “JT” Thomas, but saw it crumble and slightly start to rebuild at the reunion. However, he said he quit the show before the season even premiered, so his return is also unknown. But, if he does come back, would Venita film with him?

“At this time? No,” she said, with a pause. “Come back to me in a couple months, see how I feel. But right now, I think I kind of got to let that one go for the time being.”
