Bunnie Xo is addressing the dating rumors that have been spreading since her split from Jelly Roll became public.
During the Thursday, June 18 episode of her Dumb Blonde podcast, Bunnie (real name Alisa DeFord), 46, clarified whether there's any merit to claims that she has been dating Nickelback frontman Chad Kroeger.
Speculation arose after she posted a video on TikTok lip-syncing to the band's hit “How You Remind Me" and fans took notice of her hugging the singer in an Instagram video posted in May.
“I am not dating Chad Kroeger. I am so sorry to Chad and Nickelback for this happening. It's embarrassing,” said Bunnie. “It's crazy. Yeah.”

Bunnie said she has "so much respect" for Kroeger, 51, who was previously married to Avril Lavigne from 2013 to 2015.
“There's no Chad and Bunnie Xo," she said. "Your girl is not going to ever be in another relationship."

The podcast episode comes a month after Jelly Roll filed for divorce in Williamson County, Tenn., citing irreconcilable differences.
Bunnie confirmed that Jelly Roll, 41, has begun dating again and she's “happy for him,” but shut down rumors that the rapper (whose real name is Jason DeFord) is dating singer-songwriter Jessie Murph.
“That is absolutely f—ing kind of disgusting, guys. Like, love you guys for trying to put together the pieces, but that's a twenty-year age gap, and that's just disrespectful,” said Bunnie on her podcast.
As she opened up about her separation, Bunnie said that she could only “take accountability for my actions” and would not “point fingers” about who was wrong in her nearly 10-year marriage to Jelly Roll.
“I'm not going to say anything about Jay's actions because I don't feel like it's the right time and I don't feel like it's my place. And I just want you guys to know like, you know, marriages take a lot of work,” she said.

“My f—ing hat goes off to anybody who can be married for ten, twenty, thirty years. Like, holy s—. Like, you guys are like [an] inspiration… My hat goes off to you guys,” she added.
Bunnie Xo described Jelly Roll as her “best friend” adding, “your girl is still riding for that man” and their family — which includes Jelly Roll's daughter Bailee and son Noah — and “always will.”
“My family was always so important to me. And, when I said those vows with him, I really meant them,” she explained. “You know, Jay was my third marriage. And obviously, I'm not f—ing good at marriage. F—ing three strikes, you're out, bitch.”
“Listen. I can admit when I'm not good at something, you know? And marriage just probably isn't it. But, you know, my husband and I built a f—ing empire together,” she continued. “… We saved each other and we put each other on the path that we did together. But he was the catalyst for me becoming the woman that I am today. And for that, I will always be [grateful].”
