After winning a lottery prize once, a man returned to the same gas station and won again weeks later

An Ohio man got lucky with the lottery twice just weeks apart.
Richard from Brunswick won his first prize — valued at $5,000 before taxes — back in March after purchasing an an Ultimate $5,000,000 Scratch-Off ticket at the Brunswick Valero gas station, lottery officials wrote in a news release.
Then weeks later, he won again on April 24.
The second time around, he returned to the gas station, this time purchasing a Billion Scratch-Off ticket. As luck would have it, he won a $10,000 prize.
"He's thinking it might be his lucky gas station," lottery officials said. "He couldn't believe he won the first time and then after winning again he said that his prayers have truly been answered."
Richard will take home a total of $10,987.50 after federal and state taxes and told lottery officials that he plans to spend the money on a new roof.
