Broadcaster Monica McNutt is apologizing to Taylor Swift for a hot mic moment during Game 4 of the NBA Finals.

McNutt, who was caught saying "get out of here girl" when she saw the pop superstar sitting courtside at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday, June 10, admitted she "did not know" Swift was a longtime Knicks fan.

In a video shared by TMZ, McNutt said, "Swifties, I appreciate your passion. I said what I said and here’s the deal, if I'm wrong — and I am wrong apparently because we’ve got an OG Amar'e Stoudemire jersey," referring to an old photo of Swift posing with former Knicks players Stoudemire and Carmelo Anthony while wearing Stoudemire's jersey.

"I misspoke," McNutt contined. "I did not know, but here’s the deal. I literally just did a piece on celebrity row, I know these folks," the 880 ESPN New York Knicks lead radio analyst explained, noting that she's seen celebrities like Ben Stiller, Spike Lee and Timothée Chalamet supporting the Knicks all season long.

"I had not seen her here, this year or last year, and we just saw her with her fiancé," McNutt continued, referring to Swift joining Travis Kelce at a Cleveland Cavaliers game last month. "Obviously, Travis supports the Cavs, but she didn't have on any Knicks paraphernalia, so I did not know her Knicks loyalty, but shout out to T-Swift," she said, adding, "we can be united in orange and blue."

McNutt added, "I apologize."

McNutt's hot mic moment happened when she asked her radio partner, voice of the Knicks Tyler Murray, if Swift was who she had spotted courtside. As the two strained from their seats to see if it really was Swift, McNutt teased Murray for taking a picture. “It's for my wife,” Murray, 35, told McNutt, who was seemingly unimpressed with the news of Swift's arrival at Madison Square Garden.

“She's not a Knicks fan, get out of here, girl,” the ESPN veteran said.

Swift attended Game 4 with her close pals Este and Alana Haim on Wednesday. The singer also caught up with Mariska Hargitay and Kylie Jenner during the Knicks victory.
